Applications

• Blind Flanges: These are usually used to stop one end of the flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel.
• Slip on Flanges: Used in quick assembly to save the cost, these are also used in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section.
• Socket Welding Flanges: Recommended for orifice flanges. These work as substitute for slip-on-flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small and working pressure is very high.
• Lap joint Flanges: These are primarily used when quick assembly and disassembly of pipe line section is required under limited working pressure.
• Threaded Flanges: These flanges are used in special requirements to work under high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the assembly.
• Weld Neck Flanges: These are mainly used on heat coupling of pipes when there is possibility of expansion of the section while bending stress on the coupling.
